BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 21 April 2022 – Combat Service Support Royal Brunei Land Force (CSS RBLF) has organised an Iftar and the handing over of donations to orphans and children with special needs of CSS RBLF. The event was held at the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess, Berakas Garrison. A total of 19 orphans and 29 children with special needs of CSS RBLF personnel were invited to the event.
Present as the guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Abdul Mutalip bin Bujang, Commandant of CSS RBLF. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers, Sergeant Majors of CSS RBLF and the family members of the invited guests.
The event commenced with the recitation of Tahlil and Doa Arwah led by Private Abd Manan bin Othman from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Religious Directorate. It continued with the presentation of the donations by the guest of honour in the form of cash and basic necessities sponsored by Ya Nur Restaurant & Catering Services, Nyonya Restaurant & Catering Services, AMJ Restaurant & Catering Services and Kowira & Citra Dewi Restaurant & Catering Services. The ceremony then concluded with iftar and closing doa.
This event serves to be part of community service activities to nurture a culture of giving and generosity amongst the CSS RBLF personnel, especially for the orphans and children with special needs in the month of Ramadhan.

BERAKAS GARISON, Khamis, 21 April 2022 – Khidmat Bantuan Kombat Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (KBK TDDB) telah menganjurkan Majlis Berbuka Puasa serta Penyampaian Sumbangan Derma Kepada Anak-anak Yatim dan Anak-anak Istimewa bertempat di Mes Pegawai Waran, Staf Sarjan dan Sarjan, Berakas Garison. Seramai 19 orang anak-anak yatim dan 29 orang anak-anak istimewa bagi keluarga warga KBK TDDB telah dijemput hadir ke majlis berkenaan.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Haji Abdul Mutalip bin Bujang, Komandan KBK TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai-pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-pegawai dan Sarjan Mejar dari unit-unit KBK TDDB serta ahli keluarga anak-anak yatim dan anak-anak istimewa yang diraikan.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Tahlil dan Doa Arwah yang diketuai oleh Soldadu Abdul Manan bin Othman dari Jabatanarah Agama Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (JAMA’AT). Acara diikuti dengan penyampaian sumbangan derma berbentuk wang tunai dan makanan keperluan asasi yang ditaja oleh Ya Nur Restaurant & Catering Services, Nyonya Restaurant & Catering Services, AMJ Restaurant & Catering Services serta Kowira dan Citra Dewi Restaurant & Catering Services. Majlis diakhiri dengan bersungkai beramai-ramai dan bacaan doa penutup.[
Acara berkebajikan ini merupakan salah satu aktiviti kemasyarakatan yang sangat bermanfaat kerana mampu meningkatkan amal ibadah di samping memberikan penghargaan dan memupuk sikap pemedulian terhadap anak-anak istimewa dan anak-anak yatim warga KBK TDDB khususnya di bulan Ramadhan yang mulia.
