BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 11 November 2020 – First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) hosted a Tactical Exercise without Troop (TEWT) from 10 November 2020 until 11 November 2020 at the Officers’ Mess Berakas Garrison. A total of 49 officers participated in the TEWT which also include officers from the Ministry of Defence, Royal Brunei Navy, Royal Brunei Air Force and Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
Present as guest of honour at the closing session was Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commander of RBLF. Also present were Deputy Commander of RBLF, Chief of Staff of RBLF, senior officers and other invited guests. The event commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a video on TEWT activities and the presentation of plan by selected syndicates. The event concluded with a closing remark by the guest of honour and closing doa.
The objective of the TEWT is to provide candidates with the fundamental understanding of the Individual Military Appreciation Process which is useful prior to attending Intermediate Officers Tactics Course (IOTC) and Junior Officers Tactics Course (JOTC).
SESI PENUTUP LATIHAN TAKTIKAL TANPA TRUP SIRI 01/2020
BERAKAS GARISON, Rabu, 11 November 2020 – Batalion Pertama Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (1Bn TDDB) telah menghoskan Latihan Taktikal Tanpa Trup atau lebih dikenali sebagai TEWT bermula 10 November 2020 hingga 11 November 2020 bertempat di Mes Pegawai Berakas Garison. Seramai 49 pegawai menyertai TEWT berkenaan yang turut dihadiri oleh Pegawai-pegawai Kementerian Pertahanan, Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei dan Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat di sesi penutup ialah Brigedier Jeneral Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Timbalan Pemerintah TDDB, Ketua Staf TDDB, Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan TDDB dan para jemputan khas. Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan tayangan video memaparkan aktiviti-aktiviti TEWT tersebut dan penyampaian rancangan oleh sindiket-sindiket yang terpilih. Sesi diakhiri dengan ucapan dari tetamu kehormat dan bacaan doa penutup.
Objektif TEWT ialah untuk memberikan peluang kepada para peserta untuk memahami Individual Military Appreciation Process yang sangat bermanfaat sebelum menghadiri Intermediate Officers Tactics Course (IOTC) dan Junior Officers Tactics Course (JOTC).
