BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 17 February 2023 – Medical Services, Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) held Closing Ceremony of the Medical Assistant Trainee Induction Program (MATIP) 2023 session was today at Ibnu Sina Lecture Hall, Medical Services Headquarters, Bolkiah Garrison.

Present as guest of honor was Lieutenant Colonel (Dr) Norasiah binti Haji Ahmad, Acting Chief Medical Officer, Medical Services, RBLF. Also present during the ceremony were Medical Officers, Medical Admin Officers, as well as course instructors.

The ceremony initiated with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of certificates by the guest of honor to the course participants and concluded with a photo session.

The MATIP course was a nine-week course in which participants were deployed to Medical Reception Stations in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). In this course, participants are tested on advanced clinical skills and in-depth medical knowledge.

MAJLIS PENUTUP MEDICAL ASSISTANT TRAINEE INDUCTION PROGRAMME (MATIP) SESI 2023

BOLKIAH GARISON, Jumaat, 17 Februari 2023 – Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan, Tentera Daat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup Kursus Medical Assistant Trainee Induction Programme (MATIP) Sesi 2023 pada hari ini bertempat di Dewan Kuliah Ibnu Sina, Markas Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan, Bolkiah Garison.

Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Leftenant Kolonel (Dr) Norasiah bin Haji Ahmad, Pemangku Ketua Pegawai Perubatan, Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai Pentadbir Perubatan, Pegawai-pegawai Perubatan dan jurulatih-jurulatih kursus.

Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil kepada peserta-peserta Kursus MATIP. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian cenderahati kepada tetamu kehormat dan diakhiri dengan sesi bergambar ramai.

Kursus MATIP adalah kursus selama sembilan minggu di mana peserta ditempatkan di Pusat-pusat Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan di Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Dalam kursus ini, peserta diuji dengan kemahiran klinikal lanjutan dan pengetahuan perubatan yang lebih mendalam.
