BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 18 March 2022 – Combat Service Support, Royal Brunei Land Force (CSS RBLF) held the Closing Ceremony for the Lance Corporal (LCpl) Leadership Course series 1/2022 today via Video Teleconference (VTC). The two-week course was the first course conducted fully under CSS RBLF which commenced from 07 March 2022 until 18 March 2022. A total of 44 participants comprising of personnel from CSS RBLF with the rank of LCpl participated in the course.
Present as the guest of honour was Major Haji Mohammad Faizi bin Haji Tarif, Staff Officer Grade 2, Operation & Training, CSS Headquarters RBLF. Also present was officers and personnel of CSS RBLF.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and a speech from a course representative. The event was followed by a speech from the course organiser, Captain Shahril bin Haji Mohd Harris and subsequently the official closing speech by the guest of honour.
The objectives of the course are to shape and train Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) with the rank of LCpl to understand the duties and responsibilities as subordinate leaders in the RBAF. In addition to that, this course serves to educate them to become leaders who are qualified and capable in performing their duties by applying their experiences with confidence and critical thinking based on the core values of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and the characteristics of Islamic leadership.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS KEPIMPINAN LAS KOPRAL SIRI 1/2022
BERAKAS GARISON, Jumaat, 18 Mac 2022 – Khidmat Bantuan Kombat Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (KBK TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup Kursus Kepimpinan Las Kopral (LKpl) siri 1/2022 hari ini secara maya. Kursus selama dua minggu itu merupakan kursus pertama yang dijalankan sepenuhnya di bawah KBK TDDB bermula dari 07 Mac 2022 hingga 18 Mac 2022. Seramai 44 orang peserta kursus yang terdiri daripada anggota-anggota daripada KBK TDDB yang berpangkat LKpl mengikuti kursus tersebut.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat majlis ialah Mejar Haji Mohammad Faizi bin Haji Tarif, selaku Timbalan Pegawai Turus Operasi & Latihan, KBK TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota KBK TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan ucapan dari wakil peserta kursus. Acara diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada pegawai pengendali iaitu Kapten Shahril bin Haji Mohd Harris diikuti dengan ucapan rasmi penutup kursus oleh tetamu kehormat majlis.
Tujuan kursus ini diadakan adalah untuk membentuk dan melatih Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Rendah yang berpangkat LKpl untuk memahami tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai pemimpin bawahan dalam ABDB. Di samping itu, kursus ini juga bertujuan untuk mendidik mereka menjadi pemimpin berkualiti yang berkelayakan dan berkebolehan dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan mengaplikasikan pengalaman mereka dengan yakin serta berfikiran kritikal berdasarkan nilai-nilai teras Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei dan ciri-ciri kepimpinan Islam.
