BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 16 December 2022 – The Closing Ceremony for Corporal Leadership Course Serial 2/2022 of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) took place today at the Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison. A total of 45 military personnel successfully completed the course which was conducted from 05 December 2022 until 16 December 2022.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Major Pengiran Suffridean bin Pengiran Haji Baharuddin, Acting Assistance Chief of Staff Personnel and Administration (ACOS G1). Also present were Assistant Head of Leadership and Management Course, Lieutenant Muhammad Hafiz bin Haji Hasnan, Officers, Sergeant Majors and instructors.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Al-Baqarah verse 28 to 30. It continued with the welcoming remarks from Corporal Pengiran Ahmad Lufti bin Pengiran Mohd Ali from Third Battalion RBLF, one of the course participants, followed by the certificate and awards presentations by the Guest of Honour. In his closing remarks, the Guest of Honour advised and encouraged the course participants to continue to strive and improve their leadership quality in any kind of situation in the pursuit to become more proactive.
The Corporal Leadership Course aims to provide RBLF personnel with appropriate leadership skills, exposure towards their leadership roles in RBLF and Royal Brunei Armed Forces as a whole. The course also aims to sharpen the personnel’s potential as an effective leader to become more competent and confident to lead their subordinates as well as perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. The event concluded with the recital of Closing Doa and a group photo session.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS KEPIMPINAN KOPRAL SIRI 02/2022 PERINGKAT TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
BERAKAS GARISON, Jumaat, 16 Disember 2022 – Majlis Penutup Kursus Kepimpinan Kopral Siri 2/2022 Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah berlangsung pada hari ini bertempat di Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison. Seramai 45 anggota TDDB telah berjaya menamatkan kursus tersebut yang diadakan bermula 05 Disember 2022 hingga 16 Disember 2022.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar Pengiran Suffridean bin Pengiran Haji Baharuddin, Pemangku Penolong Ketua Staf Keanggotaan dan Pentadbiran (PKS G1). Turut hadir ialah Penolong Pegawai Pengendali Kursus Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan, Leftenan Muhammad Hafiz bin Haji Hasnan, Pegawai-pegawai, Sarjan Mejar dan jurulatih-jurulatih terlibat.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 28 hingga 30. Majlis kemudian diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada Kopral Pengiran Ahmad Lufti bin Pengiran Mohd Ali dari Batalion Ketiga TDDB selaku wakil daripada peserta kursus, dan diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil-sijil dan anugerah yang disampaikan oleh Tetamu Kehormat. Melalui ucapan penutup beliau, Mejar Pengiran Suffridean menasihatkan dan memberi galakan kepada semua peserta kursus untuk terus berusaha meningkatkan kualiti kepimpinan masing-masing di setiap situasi agar lebih proaktif dan dinamik.
Kursus Kepimpinan Kopral bertujuan untuk membentuk keperibadian akhlak dan disiplin yang diperlukan dalam jati diri sebagai seorang pemimpin di dalam TDDB khasnya dan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei amnya. Ia juga berperanan sebagai penggalak potensi setiap individu dalam mempertingkatkan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai kepimpinan agar lebih kompeten dan berkeyakinan bagi memimpin anggota bawahan agar mampu menjalankan tugas serta tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan dengan lebih berkesan dan efisien. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup dan sesi bergambar ramai.
