LUMUT CAMP, Tuesday, July 30
2019 – Third Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held a Change of Command ceremony for the Regiment Sergeant Major (RSM) of 3Bn RBLF which took place at the Parade Square, 3Bn RBLF.
The ceremony saw WO1 Selamat bin Hj Yassin handing over the appointment of RSM 3Bn RBLF to WO1 Muhd Firdaus bin Haji Muhd Sa’id whose prior appointment was the RSM for Training Institute, Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Also present during the ceremony were Regiment Sergent Majors, Drill Sergent Majors and Garison Sergent Majors from other units under RBLF.
The ceremony began with an honourary salute led by WO2 Abdul Hirwandy bin Haji Hassim and inspection of parade which comprised of 220 personnel of 3Bn RBLF. The ceremony proceeded with the signing of the Handing Over Certificate and speech by the new RSM of 3Bn RBLF. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of doa.
UPACARA SERAH TERIMA TUGAS SARJAN MEJAR REJIMEN, BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Selasa, 30 Julai 2019 – Batalion Ketiga, Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei telah mengendalikan Upacara Serah Terima Tugas Sarjan Mejar Rejimen Batalion Ketiga, Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) di Padang Kawad 3Bn TDDB, Perkhemahan Lumut.
Jawatan Sarjan Mejar Rejimen 3Bn TDDB yang dijawat oleh PW1 Selamat bin Hj Yassin telah diambil alih oleh PW1 Muhd Firdaus bin Haji Muhd Sa’id yang mana beliau sebelum ini menjawat jawatan sebagai Sarjan Mejar Rejimen, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (IL ABDB). Turut hadir bagi upacara tersebut ialah Sarjan Mejar Rejimen, Sarjan Mejar Kawad dan Garison Sarjan Mejar daripada unit-unit TDDB.
Upacara dimulakan dengan tabik hormat diketuai oleh PW2 Abdul Hirwandy bin Haji Hassim dan pemeriksaan perbarisan yang melibatkan seramai 220 anggota yang terdiri daripada PTB-PTB Kanan dan PTB-PTB Rendah 3Bn TDDB. Upacara diteruskan dengan menandatangani Sijil Serah Terima Tugas dan ucapan oleh Sarjan Mejar Rejimen 3Bn yang baru. Upacara disudahi dengan bacaan doa selamat.
