SINGAPORE’S NATIONAL CADET CORPS AND BRUNEI CADET FORCE VISITS ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
BRUNEI MUARA, Friday, 08 December 2023 – Military cadets from the Singapore National Cadet Corps (NCC) and the Brunei Cadet Force today visited the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) hosted by First Battalion RBLF (1Bn RBLF). The delegation was led by Lieutenant Colonel Ong Siong Beng, Commandant of Singapore NCC and Major Saleha binti Haji Alim from the Royal Brunei Malay Reserve Regiment.
CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TRAINEE INDUCTION PROGRAM 2023
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 8 December 2023 – The closing ceremony of the Medical Assistant Trainee Induction Program (MATIP) 2023 session was held at the Medical Training Wing, Medical Services Headquarters, Bolkiah Garrison. Four Medical Assistants in Training attended the nine weeks course from 2 October 2023 until 8 December 2023.
HANDOVER AND TAKINGOVER CEREMONY OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 8 December 2023 – The Royal Brunei Land Force Headquarters (RBLF HQ) held Handover and Takingover (HOTO) Ceremony between Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Mohamed Sufri bin Pengiran Haji Rosli, outgoing Chief of Staff RBLF, and Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, the incoming Chief of Staff at RBLF HQ, Berakas Garrison. Present at the ceremony were officers and personnel of RBLF.
FIRST BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE ENLIVENS KAMPUNG SEMABAT MOSQUE WITH RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY
TEMBURONG, Thursday, 7 December 2023 – As part of the Royal Brunei Land Force’s (RBLF) community outreach in the Temburong District, personnel from ‘E’ Company, First Battalion (E Coy, 1Bn) RBLF led by Lieutenant Abdul Wafi bin Haji Zaidin enlivened the Kampung Semabat Mosque with religious activities.
FIELD HEADQUARTERS ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HOSTS STUDY VISIT
PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 7 December 2023 – The Field Headquarters Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) today hosted a study visit for 50 library members and six staffs from The Language and Literature Bureau, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport. The visit was held at the Parade Square of the Armoured Reconnaissance Squadron (ARS) RBLF, Penanjong Garrison.

TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 7 December 2023 – The Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) jointly organised a Study Day and Prize Presentation ceremony for the RBAF Essay Writing Competition 2021/2022, held today at the Defence Academy RBAF.
SECOND BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HELD AN EXHIBITION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SCHOOL HOLIDAY
TUTONG CAMP, Wednesday, 6 December 2023 – The Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) held a military exhibition in conjunction with the final term of the school holidays at the Obstacle Course Area and the field near the Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’, and Sergeants’ Mess, Tutong Camp. The visitors were from the families of 2Bn RBLF personnel which includes 39 children.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 06 December 2023 - Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) received a courtesy call today from Captain (Navy) Hugues Canuel, and Colonel Stewart Taylor, Canadian Defence Attache accredited to Brunei Darussalam.
SCOUTS ASSOCIATION VISITS SECOND BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
TUTONG CAMP, Tuesday, 5 December 2023 – Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) held an exhibition in collaboration with Royal Brunei Navy and Royal Brunei Air Force at the Obstacle Course Area and at the field near the Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’, and Sergeant’s Mess, Tutong Camp. A total of 869 scouts participated in the visit, comprising of the Scouts Association from Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Singapore and Thailand.
SCHOOL OF INFANTRY RBLF HELD CLOSING CEREMONY OF SECTION COMMANDER COURSE 2023
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 1 December 2023 – The School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Force (SOI RBLF) held the Closing Ceremony of the Section Commander Course 2023 today at the Parade Square, SOI RBLF, Penanjong Garrison. A total of 46 participants have successfully completed the course which was conducted from 24 September 2023 to 1 December 2023.

TUTONG, Thursday, 30 November 2023 – Personnel from Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) has enlivened several mosques in the Tutong District with religious activities held every Thursday night throughout the month of November 2023.
SECOND BATTALION RBLF PARTICIPATES IN KAMPONG SENGKARAI ANNUAL CLEANING CAMPAIGN ORGANISED BY THE PRIME MINISTER’S OFFICE
TUTONG, Thursday, 30 November 2023 – Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) today participated in a year-round cleaning campaign activity held in Kampung Sengkarai, Tutong District. The campaign was organised by the Prime Minister’s Office in collaboration with the Village Consultative Council, Kampung Sengkarai. A total of 20 personnel from 2Bn RBLF participated in the cleaning campaign.
