BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 27th June 2024 – Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), received a courtesy call from Brigadier General Colby B. Wyatt, Director of the Joint Staff, Oklahoma National Guard, United States of America, held at the RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison.
THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HOLDS SEMANGAT MUHIBBAH IN CONJUNCTION WITH ITS 62nd ANNIVERSARY
LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 27th June 2024 – The Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held Semangat Muhibbah event at Lumut Camp in conjunction with the RBLF’s 62nd Anniversary. Among present were Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer, Heads of Mukim and Villages, Security Agencies, Government Officers, Brunei Shell Petroleum Company, Brunei LNG Sdn Bhd, Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd and Brunei TotalEnergies EP. Also in attendance were Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Padukaraja Major General (R) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Shari bin Ahmad.
RBLF COMMANDER RECEIVED FAREWELL CALL FROM BRITISH HIGH COMMISSIONER TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 26th June 2024 – Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), received a farewell call from His Excellency John Leonard Pencavel Virgoe, British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam, at the RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison.
THE 11TH ASEAN CHIEFS OF MILITARY MEDICINE CONFERENCE (ACMMC) CLOSING DINNER
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday, 26 June 2024 – The 11th ASEAN Chiefs of Military Medicine Conference (ACMMC) has officially concluded with a closing dinner held at the Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong. Present to grace the event was Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF).
THE NATIONAL DEFENSE UNIVERSITY OF PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA VISIT TO THE ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
LUMUT CAMP, Wednesday, 26th June 2024 – A delegation from the National Defense University (NDU) of People’s Liberation Army, People’s Republic of China (PLA PRC) visited the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) led by Major General Dong Bin, Commandant of the Military Culture College, NDU PLA PRC. The visit was held at the Third Battalion RBLF, Lumut Camp.

COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE VISITS EXERCISE PAHLAWAN WARRIOR FOR JUNGLE OPERATIONS PHASE
TUTONG, Tuesday, 25th June 2024 - The Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, visited Exercise PAHLAWAN WARRIOR 3/2024 during the final attack of the jungle phase of the exercise held at the Training Area Kampong Benutan, Tutong. The jungle phase was conducted from 23rd to 25th June 2024, involving troops from A Company, Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (A Coy 2Bn RBLF) and the 3rd Squadron – 4th Cavalry of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, United States Army Pacific (3 – 4 CAV, 3rd Bde Combat Team, USARPAC).
THE 11TH ASEAN CHIEFS OF MILITARY MEDICINE CONFERENCE (ACMMC) OPENING CEREMONY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Monday, 24th June 2024 – The 11th ASEAN Chiefs of Military Medicine Conference (ACMMC) commenced with an Opening Ceremony held at Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong. Delegates from ASEAN member states and observers from Timor-Leste participated in the conference, which is scheduled from 24th to 26th June 2024. This year’s ACMMC theme is “Implications of Climate Change on Military Operational Readiness and the Role of Military Medicine”.
EXERCISE PAHLAWAN WARRIOR 03/2024 OPENING CEREMONY
TUTONG CAMP, Saturday, 22nd June 2024 – The opening ceremony for Exercise PAHLAWAN WARRIOR 03/2024 was held today at the Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF), Tutong Camp. The exercise, which is participated by a total of 114 officers and personnel from 2Bn RBLF as well as 98 officers and personnel from the 3rd Squadron – 4th Cavalry of 3rd Brigade Combat Team, United States Army Pacific (3 – 4 CAV, 3rd Bde Combat Team, USARPAC), is scheduled from 22nd June 2024 until 30th June 2024.
ALL ARM STAFF AND TACTIC COURSE (AASTC) 2024 OPENING CEREMONY
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 21st June 2024 – The opening ceremony for the All Arms Staff and Tactics Course (AASTC) 2024 was held at the School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Force, Penanjong Garrison. A total of five RBLF Officers, one officer from the Ministry of Defence and one officer from the Malaysian Army are attending the course.
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HELD HARI RAYA AIDILADHA KORBAN CEREMONY 1445 HIJRAH
BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 18th June 2024 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) has enlivened the Hari Raya Aidiladha 1445 Hijrah celebration by holding the Korban Ceremony simultaneously at all RBLF Suraus including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque with the main event held at Surau Al-Fa’izun, Berakas Garrison.

BERAKAS GARISSON, Monday, 17th June 2024 – Muslims throughout the country celebrated Hari Raya Aidiladha 1445 Hijrah with mass Hari Raya Aidiladha Prayers held at Mosques and Suraus nationwide including Suraus at all Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) camps.
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE CELEBRATES AND PERFORMS TAKBIR HARI RAYA AIDILADHA 1445 HIJRAH
BERAKAS GARRISON, Sunday, 16th June 2024 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) held Takbir Raya in conjunction with the celebration of Hari Raya Aidiladha 1445 Hijrah at all RBLF Suraus including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque.
PLATOON COMMANDER COMBAT AND PLATOON SERGEANT COMBAT COURSES 2024 CLOSING CEREMONY
PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 13th June 2024 – A total of 50 Officers and personnel completed the Platoon Commander Combat Course 2024 and Platoon Sergeant Combat Course 2024 in a closing ceremony held at the Parade Square, School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Force (SOI RBLF). The Platoon Commander Combat Course was a 12-week course, which started on 25th March to 13th June 2024, while the Platoon Sergeant Course was conducted for 8 weeks from 22nd April to 13th June 2024.
RBLF RECEIVES A VISIT FROM MILITARY CADETS OF SAYYIDINA HASSAN SECONDARY SCHOOL
BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 13th June 2024 – Military Cadets of Sayyidina Hassan Secondary School made a visit to Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) hosted by the First Battalion RBLF (1Bn RBLF) at the 1Bn RBLF Cookhouse, Berakas Garrison. Present during the visit was Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Haji Ridzamfaizal bin Pengiran Haji Salleh, Commanding Officer of 1Bn RBLF, Deputy Commanding Officer of 1Bn RBLF, Officers, personnel of 1Bn RBLF and teachers from Sayyidina Hassan Secondary School.
