SINGAPORE, Thursday, 02 November 2023 – Major Mahmud Afifi bin Mohd Kifli has successfully completed the 54th Command and Staff Course (CSC) at the Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College (GKSCSC) in the Republic of Singapore which was held from 16 January 2023 to 3 November 2023. The CSC is the highest level of military education in the Singapore Armed Forces and the pinnacle course for the professional development of military officers.
The graduation ceremony was held at The Istana, Republic of Singapore, with the Defence Minister, Dr Ng Eng Hen as the Guest of Honour. The graduates comprised of 232 officers including 18 international officers from 11 countries. This year, GKSCSC introduced the inaugural “Outstanding International Officer Graduate” Award for the top performing international officer which was conferred by the Guest of Honour to Major Mahmud Afifi Mohd Kifli in recognition of his excellent achievements and contributions to the course. Major Mahmud Afifi has marked history as the first recipient of the prestigious award making him part of the coveted list of GKSCSC Top Graduates Alumni.
PEGAWAI TDDB MENAMATKAN KURSUS COMMAND AND STAFF KE 54 DI GOH KENG SWEE COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE, REPUBLIK SINGAPURA
SINGAPURA, Khamis, 02 November 2023 – Mejar Mahmud Afifi bin Mohd Kifli telah berjaya menamatkan Command and Staff Course (CSC) ke 54 bermula pada 16 Januari 2023 hingga 3 November 2023 di Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College (GKSCSC), Republik Singapura. CSC merupakan pendidikan ketenteraan peringkat tertinggi dalam Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Singapura dan merupakan kursus terunggul untuk pembangunan profesional pegawai tentera.
Majlis graduasi telah diadakan di Istana, Republik Singapura dengan dihadiri oleh Tuan Yang Terutama Dr Ng Eng Hen, Menteri Pertahanan Republik Singapura selaku Tetamu Kehormat. Para graduan kursus terdiri daripada 232 pegawai termasuk 18 pegawai antarabangsa dari 11 negara. Pada tahun ini, GKSCSC memperkenalkan Anugerah ” Outstanding International Officer Graduate” yang julung kalinya diadakan dan khas untuk pegawai antarabangsa yang menunjukkan prestasi cemerlang. Penganugerahannya disampaikan oleh Tetamu Kehormat. Mejar Mahmud Afifi Mohd Kifli melakar sejarah sebagai salah seorang penerima pertama anugerah berprestij tersebut atas pencapaian dan sumbangan beliau di sepanjang kursus dijalankan yang sekaligus menjadikan beliau sebahagian daripada senarai Alumni Graduan Terbaik GKSCSC.
