TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 13 October 2023 – The Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) held an appreciation dinner ceremony for the five Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) that have retired as a farewell and to seven NCOs for whom has posted to a new unit, held at Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’, and Sergeants’ Mess of 2Bn RBLF, Tutong Camp.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Warrant Officer 1 Mohammad Rezal bin Haji Ismail, Regiment Sergeant Major (RSM) of 2Bn RBLF.
The dinner commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a Doa Selamat. It continued with a group photo session and an appreciation speech delivered by the Guest of Honour. In his speech, he expressed his gratitude and thanked the SNCOs who strived to maintain 2Bn RBLF’s credibility and professionalism throughout their service with 2Bn RBLF. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation and the signing of parchment.
The event was to commemorate the good service of the senior ranks who have served in 2Bn RBLF and also to strengthen the friendship between the 2Bn RBLF personnel.
MAJLIS MAKAN MALAM PENGHARGAAN BAGI PTB-PTB KANAN YANG BERSARA DAN PERTUKARAN PTB-PTB KANAN BATALION KEDUA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Jumaat, 13 Oktober 2023 – Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (2Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Malam Penghargaan di Mes Pegawai Waran, Staf Sarjan dan Sarjan 2Bn TDDB, Perkhemahan Tutong bagi lima Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Kanan yang telah bersara dan tujuh anggota 2Bn TDDB yang berpindah keluar unit.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Pegawai Waran 1 Mohammad Rezal bin Haji Ismail, Sarjan Mejar Rejimen 2Bn TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al – Fatihah dan bacaan Doa Selamat. Malis diteruskan dengan sesi begambar ramai, diikuti dengan ucapan penghargaan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Melalui ucapannya, beliau menzahirkan rasa kesyukuran dan terima kasih kepada PTB-PTB Kanan yang diraikan dalam memastikan kredibiliti 2Bn TDDB sentiasa di tahap tertinggi dan profesional sepanjang bertugas di 2Bn TDDB. Majlis diakhiri dengan penyampaian cenderahati kenangan dan penandatanganan lembaran kenangan.
Majlis ini bertujuan sebagai penghargaan kepada anggota-anggota yang diraikan atas jasa dan tenaga yang disumbangkan selama berkhidmat di 2Bn TDDB, di samping mengeratkan hubungan silaturahim di antara anggota-anggota 2Bn TDDB.
