BRUNEI FORESTRY CENTRE SUNGAI LIANG, Thursday 14 March 2019 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) Cross Country Competition 2019/2020 was hosted by Third Battalion RBLF (3Bn RBLF) which took place at Brunei Forestry Centre, Sungai Liang.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Khairil bin Haji Ismail, Chief of Staff RBLF. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers and other members of the RBLF.
The Cross Country Competition 2019/2020 was divided into two categories, group category, which is a 10 kilometres run and the 5 kilometres open category run, were opened to all Officers, Senior Ranks and Other Ranks.
Second Battalion RBLF (2Bn RBLF) rose as the champion for the group category of the RBLF Cross Country Competition 2019/2020. Placed in second in the group category was 3Bn RBLF and First Battalion (1Bn RBLF) as third place.
The 5 kilometres open category for Officers, was won by 1251 Lt Md Shakri, second place goes to 1170 Lt Mohammad Muzani and third place to 1251 Lt Saffuan. For Senior Ranks, the first place goes to 12561 SSgt Othman, second place to 16510 Sgt Hj Rahman and third place to 17005 Sgt Shaherol. Whereas for Other Ranks, first place 52371 Pvt Md Faris followed by 51129 Pvt Md Yusri which comes in second and thirdly 51885 Pvt Zulfadli.
The event concluded with the prize presentation ceremony by the Guest of Honour to the winners.
PERLAWANAN RENTAS DESA PERINGKAT TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI BAGI TAHUN 2019/2020
PUSAT PERHUTANAN BRUNEI SUNGAI LIANG, Khamis 14 Mac 2019 – Perlawanan Rentas Desa peringkat Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telahpun dianjurkan oleh Batalion Ketiga (3Bn TDDB) bertempat di Pusat Perhutanan Brunei, Sungai Liang.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat semasa perlawanan tersebut ialah Kolonel Khairil bin Haji Ismail, Ketua Staf TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-Pegawai dan anggota Lain-Lain Peringkat TDDB.
Perlawanan Rentas Desa tersebut terbahagi kepada dua kategori iaitu kategori terbuka dan kategori berkumpulan. Kategori berkumpulan adalah larian sejauh 10 kilometer manakala kategori terbuka iaitu larian 5 kilometer dibukakan kepada Pegawai-Pegawai, PTB-PTB Kanan dan PTB- PTB Rendah.
Batalion Kedua TDDB (2Bn TDDB) telah berjaya muncul sebagai johan Rentas Desa kategori berkumpulan peringkat TDDB 2019/2020. Naib johan pula disandang oleh 3Bn TDDB manakala Batalion Pertama TDDB (1Bn TDDB) meraih tempat ketiga di kejohanan tersebut.
Bagi kategori terbuka 5 kilometer bagi Pegawai-Pegawai, mendapat tempat pertama ialah 1251 Lt Md Shakri, manakala naib johan disandang oleh 1170 Lt Mohammad Muzani dan tempat ketiga oleh 1251 Lt Saffuan. Bagi PTB-PTB Kanan dijuarai oleh 12561 SSjn Othman, naib johan diraih oleh 16510 Sjn Hj Rahman dan tempat ketiga oleh 17005 Sjn Shaherol. Bagi PTB-PTB Rendah pula dijuarai oleh 52371 Sld Md Faris, diikuti oleh 51129 Sld Md Yusri sebagai naib johan dan tempat ketiga 51885 Sld Zulfadli.
Majlis diakhiri dengan penyampaian hadiah oleh Tetamu Kehormat kepada pemenang-pemenang.
