RIMBA AIRBASE, Monday 14 January 2019 – A total of 113 personnel from, Company C, Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) led by Major Mohamad Safizan bin Ahmad, departed for Singapore to participate in Exercise Maju Bersama 23/2018 with the Singapore Army.
Colonel Khairil bin Haji Ismail, Chief of Staff, RBLF was present to bid farewell to the troops as they depart for their journey. Also present were Officers from RBLF Headquarters, Officers from other RBLF Units and family members of the participating 3Bn RBLF personnel.
The Chief of Staff of RBLF highlighted the participation of 3Bn RBLF personnel in Exercise Maju Bersama can provide them with operational experience and sharing of best practices. He also reminded the participating personnel to maintain their discipline, show high professionalism throughout the exercise and wished the participants a safe arrival in Singapore.
The exercise participants departed Rimba Airbase using a C130H aircraft provided by the Singapore Armed Forces.
BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI BERLEPAS UNTUK EKSESAIS MAJU BERSAMA 23/2018
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA DIRAJA BRUNEI, Jumaat 09 November 2018– Seramai 113 orang anggota daripada Kompeni C, Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) yang diketuai oleh Yang Mulia Mejar Mohamad Safizan bin Ahmad bertolak ke Singapura bagi mengikuti Eksesais Maju Bersama 23/2018 bersama Tentera Darat Singapura.
Yang Mulia Kolonel Khairil bin Haji Ismail, Ketua Staf TDDB telah hadir untuk mengucapkan selamat tinggal kepada anggota-anggota yang terlibat. Turut hadir juga ialah Pegawai-Pegawai Markas TDDB, Pegawai-pegawai unit TDDB, PTB-PTB Kanan dan ahli keluarga anggota 3Bn TDDB.
Ketua Staf TDDB berharap penyertaan 3Bn TDDB dalam Eksesais ini akan memberikan pengalaman baru kepada anggota 3Bn TDDB dan berharap agar anggota yang menyertai eksesais ini akan membawa nama baik Negara Brunei Darussalam. Pada masa yang sama, beliau juga mengingatkan para anggota untuk sentiasa menjaga displin, berkerjasama serta mempamerkan sikap professionalism yang tinggi disepanjang eksesais tersebut dan berharap anggota-anggota selamat sampai di Singapura.
Anggota 3Bn TDDB berlepas daripada Pangkalan Rimba mengunakan pesawat C130H yang disediakan oleh Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Singapura.
