PENANJONG GARRISON, Tuesday 27 November 2018 – Armour Reconnaissance Squadron (ARS) of the Support Battalion, Penanjong Garrison received a visit from 56 teachers from St John’s School, Kuala Belait.
The entourage was received by Captain Mohd Asmafahmi Hazimin bin Haji Mohd Sultan, Second-in-Command (2IC) of the ARS unit. The visit commenced with welcoming remarks by the receiving officer, followed by a brief introduction on the establishment as well as the roles and responsibilities of the ARS unit in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The visit proceeded with a tour to the static display of the ARS and Combat Engineer Squadron and concluded with a group photo session.
The visit is intended to provide exposure and general knowledge of the ARS unit in RBAF.
GURU – GURU DARI SEKOLAH ST JOHN KUALA BELAIT KUNJUNGI SKUADRON KERETA PERISAI PENINJAU (SKPP)
PENANJONG GARISON, Selasa 27 November 2018 – Seramai 56 guru dari Sekolah St John Kuala Belait telah mengadakan lawatan ke Skuadron Kereta Perisai Peninjau (SKPP) di Batalion Bantu, Penanjong Garison.
Kedatangan mereka telah dialu-alukan oleh Penolong Pegawai Memerintah unit SKPP, Kapten Mohd Asmafahmi Hazimin bin Haji Mohd Sultan. Lawatan tersebut dimulakan dengan taklimat dan penerangan mengenai penubuhan serta tugas dan tanggungjawab unit SKPP di dalam Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Lawatan tersebut diteruskan dengan lawatan pameran statik SKPP dan Skuadron Jurutera Tempur (SJT) dan diakhiri dengan sesi bergambar ramai.
Lawatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendedahan dan pengetahuan am berkenaan unit SKPP di ABDB.
