BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 31 December 2020 – The officers of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) attended a Leadership Talk delivered by Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of RBLF. The event was held at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison.
The event began with the recitation of Surah al-Fatihah and followed by the Leadership Talk by Commander of RBLF. During the session, he took the opportunity to share the insight and significance of his Command Philosophies and its importance in ensuring the RBLF officers to play a pivotal role in both leadership and organisational development. The Commander of RBLF also shared the lesson learnt through his leadership experiences and addressed the importance for all officers to always self-reflect and enhance their communication skills, as well as to maintain a high standard level of fitness. He also highlighted the audience to appreciate the key significant development in the RBLF history.
At the end of the talks, the officers have the opportunities to engage with the Commander of RBLF through the Question and Answer session. The event ended with the recitation of Closing Doa led by Major Pg Md Khairuddin bin Pg Haji Md Tali, RBLF Religious Advisor.
The Leadership Talk is the first of many talks that have been planned for all levels of ranks within the RBLF.
SESI PERKONGSIAN LEADERSHIP TALK BERSAMA PEMERINTAH TDDB
BERAKAS GARISON, Khamis, 31 Disember 2020 – Pegawai-pegawai Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) merasa sangat beruntung kerana berpeluang untuk menghadiri sesi Leadership Talk yang telah disampaikan oleh Brigedier Jeneral Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah TDDB bertempat di Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison.
Sesi tersebut telah dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan penyampaian Leadership Talk oleh Pemerintah TDDB. Semasa penyampaian, beliau mengongsikan falsafah pemerintahan beliau dan menekankan kepentingannya dalam meningkatkan mutu kepimpinan Pegawai-pegawai TDDB dan juga kepada pembangunan organisasi TDDB. Selain itu, beliau turut mengambil kesempatan untuk mengongsikan pengalaman peribadi beliau dan menerangkan beberapa ciri-ciri kepimpinan yang perlu dipertingkatkan seperti kemahiran komunikasi dan juga tahap kecergasan individu. Beliau juga menekankan kepada setiap Pegawai TDDB untuk mempraktikkan refleksi diri (self-reflection) dan bermuhasabah untuk sentiasa mencari inisiatif bagi memperbaiki diri sendiri. Dalam kesempatan ini juga, Pemerintah TDDB menerangkan kepentingan untuk menghayati dan mengetahui detik-detik sejarah TDDB bagi menghargai perkembangan dan transformasi yang telah dilalui oleh TDDB.
Acara kemudian diteruskan dengan sesi soal jawab sebelum diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup yang dipimpin oleh Mejar Pg Md Khairuddin bin Pg Haji Md Tali, Penasihat Agama TDDB.
Acara Leadership Talk ini merupakan sesi pertama di antara beberapa sesi yang telah dirancangkan bagi setiap lapisan peringkat kepimpinan di TDDB.
