LUMUT CAMP, Friday, 11 December 2020 - Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held a Regimental Dinner Night at the Officers’ Mess, Lumut Camp to welcome two new officers and as farewell to 16 posted-out officers to give respect as well as to motivate the newly appointed officers for their future endeavours in 3Bn RBLF. Present as the guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Commanding Officer of 3Bn RBLF. A total of 60 3Bn RBLF officers including their spouses were also present during that night to celebrate the meaningful occasion.
The ceremony commenced with a photo session and continued with an appreciation speech delivered by the guest of honour. During his speech, he expressed his gratitude and thanked the officers who strived to maintain 3Bn RBLF’s credibility and professionalism throughout their tour in 3Bn RBLF, welcomed the newly appointed officers to 3Bn RBLF and expressed his appreciation to the spouses for their never-ending support throughout their respective spouses’ careers. The ceremony concluded with the guest of honour presenting a token of appreciation to the posted-out officers and their spouses, followed by the conducting of the band by the guest of honour and the signing of parchment.
MAJLIS MAKAN MALAM BERADAT SEMPENA PERTUKARAN PEGAWAI-PEGAWAI BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Jumaat, 11 Disember 2020 - Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Makan Malam Beradat bertempat di Mes Pegawai, Perkhemahan Lumut sempena pertukaran dua pegawai yang baru ditugaskan dan 16 mantan pegawai 3Bn TDDB sebagai tanda penghormatan dan memberikan mereka semangat untuk lebih maju lagi di masa akan datang. Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Pegawai Pemerintah 3Bn TDDB. Turut hadir ialah seramai 60 pegawai dari 3Bn TDDB bersama pasangan masing-masing pada meraikan majlis yang bermakna tersebut.
Acara dimulakan dengan sesi begambar ramai dan diikuti dengan ucapan penghargaan dari tetamu kehormat. Semasa ucapan tersebut, beliau menzahirkan rasa kesyukuran dan terima kasih kepada pegawai-pegawai dalam memastikan 3Bn TDDB sentiasa boleh dipercayai dan profesional di sepanjang bertugas di 3Bn TDDB, mengalu-alukan pegawai-pegawai yang baru ditugaskan di 3Bn TDDB dan menyatakan rasa penghargaan terhadap isteri-isteri yang sentiasa memberikan sokongan di sepanjang perkhidmatan. Majlis diakhiri dengan penyampaian cenderahati yang disampaikan oleh tetamu kehormat kepada pegawai-pegawai yang diraikan dan Isteri-Isteri, diikuti dengan tetamu kehormat untuk memimpin pancaragam dan penandatanganan lembaran kenangan.
