BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 14 July 2020 – First Batalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) held a thanksgiving ceremony at Surau Al-Fai’zun, to mark the 74th birthday of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam
Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Azman bin Haji Bangkol, Chief of Staff RBLF. Also in attendance were senior officers, officers as well as other personnel of RBLF.
The event began with performing the Maghrib prayer followed by the Sunat Hajat prayer, and concluded with the recitation of ‘Doa Kesyukuran’ led by Imam Mohd Asdey Hazabullah bin Haji Mohd Zain, Imam of Surau Al Fai’zun.
This thanksgiving ceremony is a nationwide event held in all mosques and surau across the country as the nation show their gratitude and pray for the well-being and safety of His Majesty and the country.
MAJLIS DOA KESYUKURAN SEMPENA HARI KEPUTERAAN KDYMM KE-74 TAHUN
Berakas Garison, Selasa, 14 Julai 2020 – Batalion Pertama Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (1Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Doa Kesyukuran bertempat di Surau Al Fai’zun, sempena meraikan Hari Keputeraan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam yang ke-74 tahun.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Yang Mulia Kolonel Azman bin Haji Bangkol, Ketua Staf TDDB. Turut hadir ke majlis tersebut ialah pegawai-pegawai kanan, pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sembahyang Fardhu Maghrib berjemaah diikuti dengan sembahyang Sunat Hajat dan majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Kesyukuran yang dipimpin oleh Imam Mohd Asdey Hazabullah bin Haji Md Zain, Imam Surau Al-Faizun.
Majlis Doa Kesyukuran ini adalah salah satu majlis yang disambut di semua surau dan masjid di seluruh negara sebagai tanda menjunjung kasih dan memohon bagi kesejahteraan dan keselamatan terhadap raja dan negara.
