LUMUT CAMP, Friday,
24 January 2020 – A promotion ceremony for Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) personnel took place at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the Senior Ranks was held at the WO, SSgts and Sgt’s Mess of 3Bn RBLF whereas for other ranks was held at the Dining Hall 3Bn RBLF. Meanwhile for the presentation of the General Service Medal (GSM) for Intakes 162 and 163 was held at the Dining Hall 3Bn RBLF.
A total of 5 personnel was promoted for Senior Ranks, 3 personnel to the rank of Permanent Sergeant and 2 personnel to the rank of Acting Sergeant. Meanwhile for other ranks, 6 personnel promoted to Sub Corporal, 1 personnel promoted to Acting Corporal, 7 personnel promoted to Sub Lans Corporal and 10 personnel to Acting Lans Corporal. A total of 63 personnel also received the General Service Medal (GSM).
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Commanding Officer of the 3Bn RBLF. Also present at the ceremony were officers, senior ranks and other ranks of 3Bn RBLF.
The ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the rank presentation and the recital of Doa Selamat. The ceremony was then concluded with a photo taking session.
MAJLIS KENAIKAN PANGKAT BAGI PTB-PTB RENDAH DAN PTB-PTB KANAN BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Jumaat, 24 Januari 2020 - Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah melangsungkan Majlis Kenaikan Pangkat di dua tempat berasingan; bagi kenaikan PTB-PTB Kanan di Mes PW, SSjn & Sjn 3Bn TDDB dan bagi PTB-PTB Rendah di Dewan Makan 3Bn TDDB. Manakala bagi penyampaian Pingat Laila Tugas(GSM) bagi Intek 162 dan 163 di Dewan Makan 3Bn TDDB.
Jumlah keseluruhan yang menerima pangkat bagi PTB-PTB Kanan adalah seramai 5 anggota. 3 anggota ke pangkat Sarjan Tetap dan 2 anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Sarjan. Manakala, bagi kenaikan pangkat PTB-PTB Rendah, seramai 24 anggota menerima pangkat iaitu 6 anggota ke pangkat Koperal Tetap, 1 ke pangkat Pemangku Koperal, 7 anggota ke pangkat Lans Koperal Tetap dan 10 anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Lans Koperal. Seramai 63 anggota telah menerima Pingat Laila Tugas(GSM).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis dan seterusnya menyempurnakan penyampaian pangkat dan pingat ialah Yang Mulia Leftenan Kolonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Pegawai Pemerintah 3Bn TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah Pegawai-Pegawai, PTB-PTB Kanan dan PTB-PTB Rendah 3Bn TDDB.
Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, penyampaian pangkat dan bacaan doa selamat. Acara diakhiri dengan sesi bergambar ramai.
