PENANJONG GARRISON, Monday, 27 February 2023 – Land Engineering Combat Service Support Royal Brunei Land Force (LE CSS RBLF) held an Opening Ceremony for the Land Engineering Potential Artificer Assessment Board (PAAB) for the year 2023 at the Practical Training Area, Land Technical Training Wing, Military Trade School Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces. A total of 20 candidates comprising of Land Engineering technicians was involved in PAAB for the year 2023, which will be conducted from 27 February 2023 to 02 March 2023.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Aiman Syazwi bin Abdul Rahim, Commanding Officer of LE CSS RBLF. Also present during the ceremony were the Deputy Commandant of CSS RBLF, Assistant Chief of Staff Training RBLF, Officers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and PAAB candidates.
The ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a speech from the Guest of Honour. The ceremony concluded with a Closing Doa, led by Staff Sergeant Muhammad Jalilul Rahman bin Haji Sulaiman.
The PAAB selection process is to determine Land Engineering technicians who demonstrate good leadership potential and has the outstanding technical ability required as an Artificer, they will undergo further technical courses at local academic institutions.
MAJLIS PEMBUKAAN POTENTIAL ARTIFICER ASSESSMENT BOARD KEJURUTERAAN DARAT 2023
PENANJONG GARISON, Isnin 27 Februari 2023 – Kejuruteraan Darat Khidmat Bantuan Kombat Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (Kjtrn Darat KBK TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Pembukaan Potential Artificer Assessment Board (PAAB) bagi tahun 2023 bertempat di Practical Training Area, Cawangan Latihan Teknikal Darat, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Seramai 20 calon terdiri daripada anggota-anggota teknisyen Kejuruteraan Darat yang terlibat dalam PAAB bagi tahun 2023 dan akan berlangsung bermula 27 Februari 2023 hingga 02 Mac 2023.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Muhammad Aiman Syazwi bin Abdul Rahim, Pegawai Pemerintah Kejuruteraan Darat KBK TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Timbalan Komandan KBK TDDB, Penolong Ketua Staf Latihan TDDB, Pegawai-pegawai, Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Kanan dan calon-calon PAAB yang terlibat.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diteruskan dengan ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup yang dibacakan oleh Staf Sarjan Muhammad Jalilul Rahman bin Haji Sulaiman.
Proses pemilihan PAAB bertujuan bagi memilih anggota teknisyen tentera yang bersesuaian untuk megikuti kursus-kursus teknikal di Institusi Akademik Tempatan, di samping memiliki nilai kepimpinan yang cemerlang sebagai seorang pakar mekanik yang mahir di dalam angkatan tentera.
