BRUNEI, Thursday, 03 November 2022 - The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) Shooting Contingent consisting of nine Officers and 41 other ranks departed today to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to participate in the 30th ASEAN Armies Rifles’ Meet (AARM).
Present to send off the contingent at Brunei International Airport was Lieutenant Colonel Hj Alimin bin Hj Subohi, Acting Chief of Staff RBLF. Also in attendance were Major Erawan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Commanding Officer of Third Battalion RBLF, Officers and personnel of RBLF.
Prior to the departure of the contingent, a Doa Selamat was recited to bless the journey and safety of the contingent.
AARM is an annual event for the ASEAN Armies that aims to promote comradeship, experience and sharing of skills as well as to foster trust, respect, closer cooperation and mutual understanding.

BRUNEI, Khamis, 03 November 2022 – Kontinjen Menembak Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) yang terdiri daripada sembilan Pegawai dan 41 anggota berlepas Republik Sosialis Vietnam pada hari ini bagi menyertai ASEAN Armies Rifles’ Meet (AARM) ke 30.
Hadir bagi menghantar kontijen berlepas di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Brunei ialah Leftenan Kolonel Hj Alimin bin Hj Subohi, Pemangku Ketua Staf TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Mejar Erawan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Pegawai Pemerintah Batalion Ketiga TDDB, Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota TDDB.
Sebelum berlepas, Doa Selamat telah dibacakan bagi memberkati perjalanan dan keselamatan kontinjen.
AARM ialah acara tahunan bagi Tentera Darat ASEAN yang bertujuan bagi mengeratkan persahabatan di samping berkongsi pengalaman dan kemahiran menembak serta memupuk kepercayaan, rasa hormat, kerjasama dan persefahaman.
