PENANJONG GARRISON, Monday, 20 December 2021 – The Closing ceremony for All Arm Staff and Tactic Course (AASTC) 2021 was held today at Officer’s Mess, Penanjong Garrison. A total of 16 participants had completed the course which took place from 25 October 2021 to 17 December 2021. The ceremony was held in accordance with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines.
Present as the guest of honour was Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF). Also present were Chief of Staff RBLF and RBLF Senior Officers.
The event began with a group photo session and proceeded with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah At-Taubah from Verses 122 to 127 led by Major Narulismandy@Anwar Hadi bin Haji Samaih. The ceremony continued with welcoming remarks, a short course review by Major Mohamad Safizan bin Ahmad, Directing Staff, Officers Development Wing, School of Infantry RBLF followed by the presentation of certificates by the guest of honour.
The Best Student Award was awarded to Major Mahmud Afifi bin Mohd Kifli from Unit Tugas Pengawal Diraja(UTPD) for his outstanding achievements throughout the course. The event concluded with congratulatory remarks from guest of honour to officially close the All Arm Staff and Tactic Course (AASTC) 2021.
This 8-week course aimed to equip officers with the fundamental knowledge for Battalion Commanders and Staff Officers Grade 2. The course also serves to develop the officers to become more competent and self-assured, capable of delivering sensible decisions as well as planning at the Operational level.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS ALL ARM STAFF AND TACTIC COURSE (AASTC) SIRI 2021
PENANJONG GARISON, Isnin, 20 Disember 2021 – Majlis Penutup bagi All Arm Staff and Tactic Course (AASTC) Siri 2021 telah diadakan hari ini bertempat di Mes Pegawai, Penanjong Garison. Seramai 16anggota telah lulus di dalam kursus tersebut yang telah dijalankan bermula 25 Oktober 2021 hingga 17 Disember 2021. Majlis tersebut dilaksanakan mengikut garispandu yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat pada majlis tersebut ialah Brigedier Jeneral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB). Turut hadir ialah Ketua Staf TDDB dan Pegawai-pegawai Kanan TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sesi bergambar dan diteruskan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah serta bacaan Surah At-Taubah dari ayat 122 hingga ayat 127 diketuai oleh Mejar Narulismandy@Anwar Hadi bin Haji Samaih. Majlis diteruskan dengan ucapan alu-aluan, ulasan perjalanan kursus oleh Mejar Mohammad Safizan bin Ahmad Juruarah, Cawangan Perkembangan Pegawai, Sekolah Infantri TDDB dan diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil oleh tetamu kehormat.
Anugerah Pelajar Terbaik disandang oleh Mejar Mahmud Afifi bin Mohd Kifli dari Unit Tugas Pengawal Diraja (UTPD) atas pencapaian cemerlang beliau sepanjang kursus. Acara diakhiri dengan ucapan tahniah daripada tetamu kehormat dan secara rasmi menutup All Arm Staff and Tactic Course (AASTC) Siri 2021.
Kursus selama lapan minggu ini bertujuan untuk melengkapkan Pegawai-pegawai dengan pengetahuan asas bagi Komander Batalion dan Pegawai Staf Gred 2. Kursus ini juga bertujuan untuk melengkapkan Pegawai-pegawai untuk menjadi lebih cekap dan yakin diri serta mampu membuat keputusan yang wajar dan merancang di peringkat operasi.
