BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday, 25 October 2021 – A Leadership Talk session by Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) took place today at RBLF Headquarters via video teleconference. Present virtually at the talk were Junior Officers with the rank of Lieutenant across the RBLF.
The session began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the leadership talk by the Commander of RBLF. During the session, the Commander of RBLF shared about the importance of having a good heart and the right mind set every Officers should have in order to improve the quality of leadership. He highlighted the core values of the RBLF that should be practiced by all personnel especially among the Officers, and provided guidance to create a individual checklist so as to achieve the vision and mission of the organization and further improve the organizational performance. He also highlighted the importance of self-reflection of each Junior Officer so that they will always be able to distinguish between good and bad influences.
Towards the end of the talk, the Commander of RBLF emphasized on the importance of 4 Operational Philosophy namely “Deterrence, Deployability, Determination and Survivability” in achieving the vision and mission of the RBLF. The talk then preceded with a Question-and-Answer session and concluded with the recitation of the Closing Doa. The Leadership Talk via video teleconference is the first session held this year with the Commander of RBLF and will be conducted again to reach all leadership ranks in RBLF.
SESI PERKONGSIAN LEADERSHIP TALK BERSAMA PEMERINTAH TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
BERAKAS GARISON, Isnin, 25 Oktober 2021 – Satu sesi Ceramah Kepimpinan yang disampaikan oleh Yang Mulia Brigedier Jeneral Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah berlangsung pada hari ini bertempat di Markas TDDB secara dalam talian. Hadir semasa ceramah tersebut ialah Pegawai-pegawai rendah berpangkat Leftenan dari semua unit TDDB.
Sesi tersebut telah dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan ceramah kepimpinan oleh Pemerintah TDDB. Semasa ceramah tersebut, beliau telah mengongsikan mengenai kepentingan bagi setiap pegawai untuk mempunyai hati yang baik dan akal fikiran yang betul bagi meningkatkan kualiti kepimpinan. Beliau telah menekankan tentang nilai-nilai teras TDDB yang wajib diamalkan oleh semua anggota terutamanya dikalangan Pegawai-pegawai, dan juga memberi panduan untuk membuat senarai semak secara individu bagi mencapai visi dan misi organisasi serta meningkatkan lagi prestasi organisasi. Beliau turut menekankan kepentingan muhasabah diri setiap Pegawai-pegawai supaya mereka sentiasa dapat membezakan antara pengaruh baik dan pengaruh buruk.
Di akhir sesi akhir ceramah, Yang Mulia Pemerintah TDDB juga turut menekankan mengenai pentingnya 4 Operational Philosophy iaitu “Deterrence, Deployability, Determination and Survivability” dalam mencapai visi dan misi TDDB. Acara kemudian diteruskan dengan sesi soal jawab sebelum di akhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup. Ceramah Kepimpinan ini merupakan sesi pertama yang diadakan secara dalam talian bagi Yang Mulia Pemerintah TDDB dan akan dilaratkan lagi kepada semua lapisan peringkat kepimpinan dalam TDDB.
