BRUNEI MUARA, Monday, 23 August 2021 – First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) initiated measures to support their personnel who are currently undergoing quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 1Bn RBLF has handed donations from the RBLF Welfare Fund to the affected personnel under 1Bn RBLF welfare unit or “Unit Prihatin 1Bn TDDB“.
The donations were in the form of cash, food and daily necessities such as kitchen needs, toiletries and hygiene needs. The donations were presented by representatives from 1Bn RBLF in accordance with the protocols that have been set by the Ministry of Health.
The donations are part of the RBLF’s initiative to alleviate the burden of personnel and family who are under quarantine order and highlight RBLF’s concerns towards its personnel and their steadfast commitment to the welfare of the community in need.
BATALION PERTAMA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI SAMPAIKAN SUMBANGAN DERMA KEPADA ANGGOTA YANG SEDANG DALAM KUARANTIN
BRUNEI MUARA, Isnin, 23 Ogos 2021 – Batalion Pertama Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (1Bn TDDB) telah mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu anggota 1Bn TDDB yang sedang menjalani kuarantin disebabkan oleh wabak COVID-19. 1Bn TDDB telah menyampaikan sumbangan daripada Tabung Kebajikan TDDB kepada anggota yang terlibat di bawah Unit Kebajikan atau Unit Prihatin 1Bn TDDB.
Sumbangan yang diberikan adalah berbentuk wang ringgit, makanan dan keperluan seharian seperti keperluan dapur, alat mandi dan keperluan kebersihan. Sumbangan ini telah disampaikan oleh wakil-wakil 1Bn TDDB mengikut protokol yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan.
Penyampaian derma ini merupakan salah satu inisiatif TDDB bagi meringankan beban ahli keluarga anggota yang tersekat dengan arahan kuarantin dan juga sebagai satu tanda pemedulian dan keprihatinan TDDB terhadap anggota serta komitmen terhadap kebajikan anggota yang memerlukan pertolongan.
