BERAKAS GARISSON, Wednesday, 26 June 2013 - An Inter Services Golf Tournament was held this afternoon at the Royal Brunei Armed Forces  Golf Club.  The Guest of Honour was the Commander of the RBAF, Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin.

The tournament was participated by all RBAF Services Commanders, Directors and RBAF officers.

Leading Ministry of Defence was RBAF Commander; Royal Brunei Land Force was represented by the Commander, Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Yussof bin Haji Abd Rahman; Royal Brunei Navy was represented by the Commander, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Halim bin Haji Mohd Hanifah; Royal Brunei Air Force was represented by the Commander, Brigadier General (U) Haji Wardi bin Haji Abd Latip; and RBAF Training Institute was represented by its Deputy Commandant, Lt Col Ismaon bin Haji Mohd Zainie.

The inter Service Golf Tournament is an annual event that aims to strengthen existing relations through sports among Ministry of Defence and RBAF personnel.

The tournament was followed by a prize presentation ceremony at the Club House. The Commander of the RBAF presented prizes to the winners of the tournament as follow:  1. Royal Brunei Land Force 310 points, 2. Royal Brunei Air Force 332 points 3. Ministry of Defence 334 points 4. Royal Brunei Navy 341 points 5.RBAF Training Institute 346 points
