BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday, 24 May 2021 – Muslims throughout the country today performed the National Sunat Hajat Prayer and recitation of Doa Qunut Nazilah to seek protection and security for the people and nation of Palestine, held at mosques and suraus nationwide including suraus at all camps of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF).
Present for the ceremony held at Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garrison was Colonel Azman bin Haji Bangkol, Deputy Commander of RBLF. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers and RBLF personnel. Similar ceremonies were also held at all RBLF camps attended by the respective Commanding Officers.
The ceremony began with mass Maghrib prayer, followed by a mass Sunat Hajat prayer. The ceremony then proceeded with the recitation of Doa Qunut Nazilah and concluded with mass Isya' prayer.
The ceremonies aim to seek mercy from Allah SWT to preserve the safety and well-being of the Palestinians and as a sign of support for the people of Palestine.
TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI ADAKAN MAJLIS SEMBAHYANG SUNAT HAJAT DAN BACAAN DOA QUNUT NAZILAH BAGI RAKYAT DAN NEGARA PALESTIN
BERAKAS GARISON, Isnin, 24 Mei 2021 – Umat Islam di Negara Brunei Darussalam pada hari ini telah mengadakan majlis Sembahyang Sunat Hajat berjemaah dan Bacaan Doa Qunut Nazilah bagi memohon perlindungan dan keselamatan untuk Rakyat dan Negara Palestin bertempat di kesemua masjid dan surau di seluruh negara termasuk surau-surau di semua Perkhemahan Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB).
Hadir di majlis yang diadakan di Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garison ialah Kolonel Azman bin Haji Bangkol, Timbalan Pemerintah TDDB. Turut hadir adalah Pegawai-pegawai kanan, Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota TDDB. Majlis yang sama juga turut diadakan secara serentak di semua perkhemahan TDDB dengan dihadiri oleh Pegawai-pegawai Pemerintah.
Majlis dimulakan dengan Solat Fardhu Maghrib berjemaah dan diikuti dengan Solat Sunat Hajat berjemaah. Majlis diteruskan dengan bacaan Doa Qunut Nazilah dan kemudian di akhiri dengan Solat Fardhu Isya' berjemaah.
Majlis ini bertujuan untuk memohon doa dari Allah SWT untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kesejahteraan rakyat dan negara Palestin dan merupakan tanda sokongan terhadap Palestin.
