BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday, 22 November 2021 – A Leadership Talk session by Warrant Officer 1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, Land Force Sergeant Major (LFSM) took place at First Battalion RBLF (1Bn RBLF) Cookhouse, Berakas Garrison. The leadership talk was held in two sessions in accordance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health.
Present at the talk for the first session was the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs), Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) of 1Bn RBLF while the second session was for the Privates of 1Bn RBLF.
The sessions began with the recitation of Surah al-Fatihah followed by the leadership talk by LFSM. The talk highlighted the importance of enhancing the leadership of the RBLF's chain of command and its personnel. He also shared the lessons learnt through his leadership experiences and addressed the importance for all personnel to always self-reflect. He further advised personnel to enhance their communication skills and maintain a high standard level of fitness. He also shared the level of credibility of the RBLF not only in its role in defending the country but also as a 'Role Model' to the surrounding community. He also emphasised personnel to instill RBAF's core values in their daily practice. The session concluded with a Question and Answer session and Closing Doa.
SESI PERKONGSIAN CERAMAH KEPIMPINAN BERSAMA SARJAN MEJAR TENTERA DARAT
BERAKAS GARISON, Isnin, 22 November 2021 - Satu sesi ceramah kepimpinan yang disampaikan oleh Pegawai Waran 1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, Sarjan Mejar Tentera Darat telah berlangsung di Rumah Masak Batalion Pertama TDDB (1Bn TDDB), Berakas Garison. Ceramah kepimpinan tersebut telah diadakan dalam dua sesi mengikut garispandu yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan.
Hadir semasa sesi perkongsian pertama ialah Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah Kanan (PTB Kanan) dan PTB Rendah 1Bn TDDB dan bagi sesi kedua ialah peringkat Soldadu dari 1Bn TDDB.
Sesi tersebut dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan penyampaian ceramah kepimpinan oleh Sarjan Mejar Tentera Darat. Semasa sesi perkongsian tersebut, beliau telah mengongsikan beberapa perkara yang perlu diterapkan dalam diri setiap anggota yang mana penting dalam meningkatkan mutu kepimpinan. Selain itu, beliau turut mengambil kesempatan untuk mengongsikan pengalaman peribadi beliau dan menerangkan beberapa ciri-ciri kepimpinan yang perlu dipertingkatkan seperti kemahiran komunikasi dan juga tahap kecergasan individu. Beliau juga mengongsikan tahap kredibiliti TDDB bukan sahaja berperanan untuk mempertahankan negara tetapi juga adalah sebagai 'Role Model' kepada masyarakat sekeliling. Beliau juga menekankan mengenai terapan nilai-nilai teras Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Sesi ceramah diakhiri dengan sesi soal jawab dan bacaan Doa Penutup.
