BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 28th November 2025 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) Leadership Course series 3/2025 concluded with a closing event held at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison. The course, conducted from 31st October to 28th November 2025, involved the participation of 120 personnel from various RBLF sub-units.
The closing was officiated by Major Haji Md Wadiwadera bin Haji Md Wahid from the Combat Service Support (CSS) Headquarters RBLF. The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the presentation of certificates and excellence awards. The Best Overall Award was given to Lance Corporal Nurul Amalina binti Haji Roslan from the Land Engineering CSS RBLF, while Lance Corporal Mohammad Hadi Shauqi bin Sariffudin from Dental Services RBLF received the Best Theory Award. The Best Practical Award was presented to Lance Corporal Mohamad Fikri bin Bujang and the Best Presentation Award to Lance Corporal Arif Izzuddin @ Ilham bin Rosli, both from the Royal Guard Regiment RBLF.
The course aims to enhance leadership capabilities among the JNCOs, developing them into competent, confident, and highly professional personnel. It also equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to take on greater responsibilities within the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
PENUTUP KURSUS KEPIMPINAN PTB RENDAH SIRI 3/2025
BERAKAS GARISON, Jumaat, 28 November 2025 – Kursus Kepimpinan Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Rendah Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) Siri 3/2025 telah menutup tirainya dengan acara penutup yang berlangsung di Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison. Kursus tersebut telah dijalankan bermula dari 31 Oktober hingga 28 November 2025, melibatkan penyertaan seramai 120 anggota daripada pelbagai sub-unit TDDB.
Acara penutup disempurnakan oleh Mejar Haji Md Wadiwadera bin Haji Md Wahid dari Markas Khidmat Bantuan Kombat (KBK) TDDB. Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil dan penyampaian anugerah. Anugerah Peserta Terbaik Keseluruhan telah disandang oleh Lans Koperal Nurul Amalina binti Haji Roslan dari Kejuruteraan Darat KBK TDDB, manakala Peserta Terbaik Teori diterima oleh Lans Koperal Mohammad Hadi Shauqi bin Sariffudin dari Khidmat Pergigian TDDB. Seterusnya, Peserta Terbaik Amali telah dianugerahkan kepada Lans Koperal Mohamad Fikri bin Bujang dan Peserta Terbaik Pembentangan pula diterima oleh Lans Koperal Arif Izzuddin @ Ilham bin Rosli, kedua-duanya dari Rejimen Pengawal Diraja TDDB.
Kursus ini adalah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keupayaan kepimpinan dikalangan PTB-PTB Rendah, dalam melahirkan anggota yang cekap, berkeyakinan dan profesional. Kursus ini juga memberikan asas pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang diperlukan bagi membolehkan para peserta memikul peranan serta tanggungjawab yang lebih besar dalam Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
