RBLF OFFICERS ATTENDED THE 71ST ICASM

REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Friday, 31st October 2025 – Major (Dr) Ranald bin Mohd Faizal, Senior Medical Officer, and Lieutenant Abdul Matin bin Haji Abdul Malik, Logistic Officer, both from the Medical Services, Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), attended the 71st International Congress of Aviation and Space Medicine (ICASM) held in the Republic of Singapore from 27th October 30th October 2025.

The congress serves as the largest international platform for aviation and space medicine practitioners, scientists, academicians, and researchers to enhance knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration. With the theme “Soaring Towards New Horizons in Aviation and Space Medicine," the event brought together approximately 500 delegates from over 46 countries. The participation of the RBLF representatives aimed to further develop expertise and explore potential collaborations in the fields of aviation medicine and aeromedical evacuation (AME) capabilities within the Medical Services RBLF.

PEGAWAI TDDB MENGHADIRI ICASM KE-71

REPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Friday, 31 Oktober 2025 – Mejar (Dr) Ranald bin Mohd Faizal, Pegawai Perubatan Kanan, dan Leftenan Abdul Matin bin Haji Abdul Malik, Pegawai Logistik, kedua-duanya dari Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan, Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB), telah menghadiri Kongres Antarabangsa Aviation and Space Medicine (International Congress of Aviation and Space Medicine, ICASM) ke-71 yang diadakan pada 27 Oktober hingga 30 Oktober 2025 di Republik Singapura.

Kongres ini merupakan perhimpunan terbesar bagi para pakar saintis, ahli akademik dan penyelidik dalam bidang perubatan penerbangan dan angkasa dari seluruh dunia untuk meningkatkan perkongsian pengetahuan, rangkaian dan kerjasama. Tema kongres pada tahun ini ialah "Soaring Towards New Horizons in Aviation and Space Medicine" dan telah menarik penyertaan kira-kira 500 delegasi daripada lebih 46 buah negara. Penyertaan wakil TDDB tersebut adalah bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lagi kepakaran dan meneroka potensi kerjasama dalam bidang perubatan penerbangan dan keupayaan pemindahan perubatan udara (AME) dalam Khidmat Perubatan TDDB.
