EXERCISE RINTIS BERSAMA 24/2024 OFFICIALLY CLOSED

REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Wednesday 20th November 2024 – Exercise RINTIS BERSAMA 24/2024 (XRB 24/2024) has officially ended with a closing ceremony held at the Murai Urban Training Facility, Republic of Singapore. The ceremony commenced with a parade inspection, followed by closing remarks by Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Shalleh bin Haji Ismail, Head of Doctrine, Royal Brunei Land Force Headquarters (RBLF HQ). In his speech, he emphasised the importance of XRB as a significant platform for valuable exchange of knowledge, experiences and expertise, while strengthening mutual understanding and further foster the bilateral relationships between both armies. Also in attendance was Colonel Lim Shumin, Commander of the Army Combat Engineer Group, Singapore Army.

XRB is an annual flagship exercise between the RBLF and Singapore Army, aimed not only to strengthen practical military cooperation but also to enhance combat readiness as well as tactical interoperability, and further deepen the longstanding relationships between both countries.

EKSESAIS RINTIS BERSAMA 24/2024 RASMINYA DITUTUP

REPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Rabu 20 November 2024 – Eksesais RINTIS BERSAMA 24/2024 (XRB 24/2024) telah berakhir secara rasminya dengan acara penutup berlangsung di Murai Urban Training Facility, Republik Singapura. Acara dimulakan dengan pemeriksaan perbarisan, diikuti dengan ucapan penutup oleh Leftenan Kolonel Mohammed Shalleh bin Haji Ismail, Ketua Doktrin Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB). Dalam ucapannya, beliau menekankan kepentingan XRB sebagai platform signifikan bagi pertukaran pengetahuan, pengalaman dan kepakaran, di samping mengukuhkan persefahaman bersama dan memupuk hubungan dua hala antara kedua-dua tentera darat. Turut hadir ialah Kolonel Lim Shumin, Commander Army Combat Engineer Group, Tentera Darat Singapura.

XRB merupakan eksesais tahunan utama di antara TDDB dan Tentera Darat Singapura, yang bertujuan bukan sahaja untuk mengukuhkan kerjasama ketenteraan secara praktikal tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan kesediaan tempur dan interoperabiliti taktikal, dan seterusnya mengeratkan lagi hubungan yang telah lama terjalin antara kedua-dua buah negara.
