TUTONG CAMP, Sunday, 27 November 2022 – Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) organised a Family Day event to mark the end of the fourth school term.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Ezan Sazali bin Haji Osman, Commanding Officer of 2Bn RBLF. Also in attendance during the event were the Tutong Camp Public Administrative Officer, the Principal of Tutong Camp Primary School, the Principal of Tutong Camp Religious School, military and civilian staffs from 2Bn RBLF together with their family members.
The event kicked off with a military march past of 2Bn RBLF assets, followed by a demonstration by Motorised Company 2Bn RBLF and a performance by the Pipe and Drums Platoon 2Bn RBLF. The event also included a static military display, family games and an array of food bazaars.
The Family Day event is part of 2Bn RBLF's end of year activity, which this event aims to strengthen the bonds and family ties not just for military personnel but also civilian staffs within Tutong Camp and their respective families.
BATALION KEDUA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI MENGANJURKAN ACARA HARI KELUARGA
PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Ahad, 27 November 2022 – Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (2Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan sambutan Hari Keluarga sebagai lambang berakhirnya penggal keempat persekolahan.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Haji Mohammad Ezan Sazali bin Haji Osman, Pegawai Pemerintah 2Bn TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah Pegawai Pentadbir Awam Perkhemahan Tutong, Guru Besar Sekolah Rendah Tutong Kem, Guru Besar Sekolah Ugama Perkhemahan Tutong, anggota tentera dan kakitangan awam 2Bn TDDB bersama ahli keluarga masing-masing.
Acara dimulakan dengan perarakan berjalan lalu aset 2Bn TDDB, diikuti dengan demonstrasi arena oleh Kompeni 'Motorised' dan kemudian persembahan oleh Platun Serunai dan Tambur. Selain itu, pameran statik, aktiviti permainan dan pelbagai bazar makanan turut diadakan.
Acara Hari Keluarga ini diungkayahkan sebagai aktiviti akhir tahun 2Bn TDDB yang bertujuan untuk mengeratkan hubungan silaturrahim dan mengukuhkan institusi kekeluargaan di kalangan anggota-anggota tentera dan kakitangan awam yang bertugas di Perkhemahan Tutong.
